Well i must say its never easy to shortlist only 10 beaches in Goa .Especially when you're in love with most of them. Every beach in this lovely state has their own unique to topographies and charm. Its like asking a mother to choose her best child. Everyone is different and incomparable. Same goes with the beaches in Goa, All have their own distinctiveness and beauty.
Apart from attracting tourist from all over India, it also attracts tourist of foreign background. During the months of November,December, and January Goa is heavily crowded. the real essence of Goa lies in its rich history,unique culture and the original beauty.
Goa is popular state located in west India which is famous for its beaches.The deep blue sea,soft sand,coconut trees,delicious sea food ,water sports and night life.
Goa view can be best viewed while travelling on the bike. The sandy beaches,coconut trees,waterfalls truly add flavor to the Goan natural view. Lush green field, majestic forests,train track,long road and cool breeze make up for the perfect view.
Calangute Beach
Calangute beach is also known as Queen of Beach.The period from November to February is the pleasant to visit here. the calangute beach is usually crowded and the small resorts thrive in business during the holidays. It is one of the most popular beach in Goa with a host of facilities to cater to visitors,including golden sand,it has water sports,markets,restaurant,good food,lots of accommodation options.It is a crowded yet beautiful sea beach. Calangute is famous for its nightlife and the famous pubs of Goa including the Tito's lane are located close by .
The streets of the village opened to a vast sea front that contrasts well with the congested markets of the place. Though the night life is silent post 10 pm,Calangute is a place where one can enjoy the music of the waves under the starry sky.
